Refund Policy
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to decide whether to return the item. This period of time will give you ample time to inspect the item and make sure it meets your needs.
Handling of Damaged or Defective Items
If your order is damaged or has a handling problem, please let us know as soon as you discover it. Please send photos of the problem to contact@lienthelp24h.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the details and decide whether to replace the item, arrange a repair, or refund the full amount based on your specific situation.
Return Process
1. Please send your order number and reason for return to contact@lienthelp24h.com. We will send you a return authorization form with instructions on where to ship the item.
2. Please package the item properly, using the original packaging if possible. Please send all parts, tags, and accessories together.
3. Send the item back using a traceable method. Please keep the shipping receipt until your return is processed.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will begin processing your refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in original condition - unused, undamaged, and with all original parts and packaging. Custom items or items marked "final sale" cannot be returned unless the item was damaged or defective when received.
Refund Timeframe
Once we verify your return eligibility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded to the payment method used to place your order. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
